Matt Metzger Administrative Specialist

As the Administrative Specialist for the Office of Federal Strategy, Matt plays a key role in coordinating stakeholder engagement, managing internal operations, and supporting strategic initiatives.

In his role, he works across teams to support high-level meetings, communications, and event planning, including engagement with federal offices and external partners. He helps streamline processes and ensures the successful execution of team priorities. His work contributes to advancing organizational objectives and strengthening relationships with key stakeholders.

Prior to joining Federal Strategy, Matt held the role of Senior Administrative Coordinator within Student Affairs and the Office of the President. He received his Bachelor of Fine Arts in Acting Performance from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County. When he is not working, Matt enjoys exploring Baltimore, cooking, and spending quality time with his loved ones.
